I was wondering if anyone had any groovy scrapbooking ideas?

I have a whole bunch of loose-leaf recipes so I am making a cookbook scrapbook. I was merely curious if anyone had any neat ideas that I might incorporate. Thanks.

1. Groovy?

2. I thought mine was rather unconventional...but I see now it's not! I started a family recipe scrapbook, using recipes from close and distant relatives, and taking bits and pieces out of mags. like Martha Stewart to use as backgrounds, food pics., etc. It's really turning out nice, and I can't wait to hand it down to my daughter so she can start adding her own favorite recipes and tips.

3. I don't know how groovy it is, but I made a recipe/scrapbook and made some of the recipes in it and took a pic of the dish and journalled about some of them. Like one is my grandmas famous buttermilk biscuits and we used to gather @ her house b4 church on Sundays and everyone would eat Chocolate gravy n biscuits. Journalling can be an important part of the memory to whomever your passing this down to.

4. Well, when you said "groovy" I immediately thought of Elsie Flannigan and just recently saw her sketches that might help you get started with your cookbook scrapbook - here's a link to them:

That's about as "groovy" as I could find! Enjoy!
