How do you create your own background paper and embellishments for digital scrapbooking?
I know how to use already made digi paper and embellishments but I would like to know how to create my own designs for background paper, embellishments, ribbon, etc. Thanks in advance and happy crafting!

1. Well, you would use some kind of graphics program. It can be as simple as Word, and as complicated as Adobe.I like to use pictures I have taken as backgrounds. I import them into the page, and then use the watermark function to make them transparent. I play with the transparency and brightness til it looks like what I want. I can then overlap more pictures with no transparency, or various other graphics.
Really, at that point, its all about you using a program you are familiar enough with to create the effects you wish.
