1. Sure, if the wedding is very casual and the bride and groom will be in shorts or swimsuits. Otherwise, put out for good paper..
2. Sure, if this fits in with the theme of your wedding than go for it! It doesnt really matter the quality of the paper - its all about the content of the invite and if it fits in with your colour scheme - weddings can be expensive, so if scrapbook paper works for you, than run with it.
